| Why do I need Your IT Helpdesk? Let's face it. Your IT systems are a crucial business asset. Most of today's businesses rely on computers. You use your PC for a variety of business activities - typing letters, doing your accounts, managing your business - the list goes on! What happens if your PC crashes when you need it to meet a deadline? Our subscription service gives you unlimited telephone and remote support during our office hours of 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) What happens if I need on-site support? Sometimes telephone support isn't enough and you need to have consultants available for on-site work. We can provide on-site support for your business via one of our Support Agents. Currently this is available in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London. Site visits are charged at standard rates less a 10% subscriber discount. |
